Email admin@twentyfoxtech.in. We aim to reply within 7 days. Tell us the email you sign in with and, for a payment, the date and amount. Never send us a card number, UPI PIN or sign-in code.

Signing in

• Sign in with the code we email you, with Google, or with Apple on iPhone. One email is one account, however you sign in.
• No code? Check your spam folder, wait a minute and ask for a new one.
• The check that you're a person can fail on some VPNs. Turn the VPN off and try again.

Pro and payments

• Your first resume is free. Pro is ₹99 a month, or ₹99 once for 30 days. See the full terms.
• Payments are taken by Razorpay, not by Apple or Google. So you cancel in Zuno Resume, in Settings, Plan, not in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
• Charged twice or by mistake? Write to us within 30 days and we refund that charge in full.

Your resumes

• Download as PDF or Word from the resume's Download button.
• Scores are a guide. No tool can promise a pass at every company, or an interview.
• AI-written wording can contain mistakes, so read every resume before you send it.

Your data

• Export everything from Settings.
• Delete your account and data.
• Read the privacy notice.
