Privacy notice

What we collect, why, who helps us run the service, how long we keep it, and how you take it all back. In plain words.

Version 2026-11-05.1 (the iPhone and Android apps, and Sign in with Apple; earlier: the resume check asks all its questions at once, including about your summary and skills the job asks for; earlier: answers you type to the resume check's questions, the free ATS check and paying for Pro through Razorpay, cookie-free usage statistics, a human check at sign-in, your country for pay, and rights wherever you live). Applies to zunoresume.com and dynamic-resume.pages.dev.

Who we are

Zuno Resume is run by TwentyFox Tech, India ("we"). For anything about your data, write to admin@twentyfoxtech.in. That address also reaches our grievance contact.

What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to make your resumes. Each item has one purpose.

WhatWhy
Your sign-in email, and your Google or Apple account ID if you use one of themTo sign you in and keep one account per email.
Your profile: name, contact details, roles, education, skills, certifications, projects, and optional extras you choose to add (like current CTC or notice period)To write your resumes. Optional extras never print on a resume unless you turn them on.
Job posts you add (pasted text or a role name)To match your profile to that job.
Resumes you make, with their versionsSo you can edit, compare and download them again.
Your job tracker: the companies and roles you applied to, stages, interview rounds, the questions asked, how confident you felt, salary offered and the salary you asked for, dates and notesSo you can follow your job hunt in one place. Only you see it. A shared image includes only the columns you tick, and salary columns are off unless you turn them on.
A photo, only if you add one (optional, off by default)To show on the design templates when you switch "Show photo" on. It is never shown on the ATS-friendly templates and is never sent to any AI service. If its background is plain, your browser removes the background so each design can show its own colour; we keep the uncut copy too, so you can switch back. You crop it yourself in your browser, and we keep a smaller copy of the whole photo so you can change the crop later. Remove it any time in Settings; it is deleted at once.
An uploaded resume fileRead in your browser to fill your profile. The file itself only reaches us if you turn on "Keep the original file".
A resume you check in the free ATS check on the home page (no account needed)The file is read in your browser; only its text and a few layout counts (pages, columns, tables, pictures, spelling mistakes) come to us, to work out the score. We don't keep the text or the score, and it isn't used for anything else. A count that a check happened, and a one-way fingerprint of your IP for the daily limit, are all that stay.
Your country, picked from your region when you first save your profile (change it in Settings)To write your pay in your own currency and words. It never changes the location on your resume.
If you buy Pro: your plan, the subscription or order number Razorpay gives it, its status, the amounts and dates of your payments, and the country your price (and tax) was worked out forTo give you Pro, show when it renews or ends, and answer questions about a payment. We never see or keep your card number, UPI ID or bank details: you type those into Razorpay's own payment window, not into our pages.
Usage statistics: counts of pages viewed and of steps finished (for example "a resume was written"), with the country and the kind of deviceTo see where people get stuck and make the product better. Counted without cookies and without your name, email, IP address or any ID that follows you.
A short-lived record of sign-in attempts and requestsTo stop abuse, such as code guessing. Kept as a one-way fingerprint, not your IP address.

We don't sell your data, don't show it to employers, and don't use it to train AI models ourselves. There are no ads and no tracking cookies; our usage statistics are cookie-free and anonymous.

Consent

When you sign in, you agree to us storing and using your data for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time in Settings, as easily as you gave it. When you withdraw, we stop using your data and delete your profile, jobs and resumes straight away. Your sign-in email stays only so you can agree again later. Delete your account to remove that too.

Who helps us run the service

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete a resume and it is gone at once. Your plan and payment records stay with your account (also if you withdraw consent, so you can still see and cancel Pro), and are deleted with it; deleting your account also stops any Pro subscription at once. Delete your account, or withdraw consent, and we delete your data straight away. Copies that already exist in our providers' short-term backups age out within 30 days.

Your rights

The iPhone and Android apps

The apps use the same account and the same data as the website, and everything on this page applies to them. On your phone they keep only a sign-in token, in the phone's secure storage, and any file you choose to save. They ask for your photos or camera only when you add a resume photo. They contain no ads and no tracking, and they don't read your contacts or your location. To stop using an app, sign out and delete it; to remove your data as well, use Delete account in Settings, in the app or on the website.

Cookies

We use one cookie that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. Both are needed for the service to work. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your browser also keeps a few display settings on your device, such as whether the sidebar is folded and the zoom the editor opens at. They stay in your browser and are never sent to us.

Security

Your data travels over HTTPS and is encrypted at rest. Sign-in codes work once and expire in 10 minutes. Sessions are stored as one-way hashes. If we ever have a breach that affects you, we'll tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Children

Zuno Resume is for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

If we change this notice in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies.
