Delete your account

How to delete your Zuno Resume account and data. This page is for Zuno Resume on the web, iPhone and Android, from TwentyFox Tech.

In the app

1. Open Zuno Resume and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to Delete account and follow the steps.

On the website

1. Open Settings and sign in.
2. Go to Delete account and follow the steps.

If you can't sign in

Email admin@twentyfoxtech.in from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We aim to reply within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in details, profile, job posts, resumes and their versions, job tracker, photo, any file you kept, and your plan and payment records with us. It happens straight away and can't be undone.

What is kept, and for how long

• Copies in our providers' short-term backups age out within 30 days.
• Razorpay keeps its own record of each payment, as payment law requires.
• Usage counts stay, because they carry no name, email or ID.

If you have Pro

Deleting your account stops a Pro subscription at once. The rest of the month isn't refunded.

Keep your account, delete some data

You can delete any resume on its own, remove your photo in Settings, or withdraw consent in Settings, which deletes your profile, jobs and resumes and keeps only your sign-in email. See the privacy notice.
